Water exercise for women

Both exercise groups last 45 minutes. We offer the needed equipment but you can also bring your own. Our instructors welcome everyone no matter the age or shape!

Monday:

18:00 Aqua jogging

Main focus is in aqua jogging but in addition there's much more! By varying exercises for upper and lower limbs and jogging pace, workout is versatile and effective. Muscle training for upper, middle or lower body varies in every workout.

Wednesday

12:00 Aqua training

Basic muscle training in water. The door opens at 11:45 for aqua training customers.
